Thank you for taking the time to apply for the Head teacher role at Woodlands. The local community, colleagues, pupils and Governors are looking for someone who wants to continue their excellent career at our school and bring their vision, leadership, passion and expertise to Co-operate with us all to enable Woodlands to become Outstanding. Woodlands is part of the Co-operative Academies Trust and the successful candidate will be able to benefit from the opportunity to work collaboratively with the Trust.
Whilst not under-estimating the challenge that this role represents, as is often the case in an inner-city school, the right candidate can build upon the hard work, dedication, leadership and management of their predecessor and their existing team of colleagues and continue Woodlands’ journey to success.
We have already collaborated with colleagues about the type of person they would desire in this role and the themes of “Vision, Simplify, Collaborate and Lead” have been a consistent response.
